Meet Lucinda Motley, FNP-C
Lucinda Motley is a family nurse practitioner (certified) and a native of Jackson, Tennessee who has called Smyrna home for the last 20 years. Here, she raises her three very active children (ages 22, 16, and 13). She stays very involved in her children’s schools and extracurricular activities, which give a unique connection to the community where she also practices.
On May 15, 1993, Lucinda graduated from the University of Iowa College of Nursing with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She immediately began practicing as a registered nurse in Iowa City. Additionally, she came to Middle Tennessee by way of Phoenix, Arizona and brought her extensive hospital experience with her.
Upon settling in the Nashville, Tennessee area in 1998, she began working at St. Thomas West Hospital and spent the last 11 years of her registered nurse career in the emergency department.
In the fall of 2005, Lucinda made the decision to pursue her Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner at Middle Tennessee State University. After completing the program, she began practicing in the Smyrna/La Vergne area in Tennessee. After 10 years of caring for families in the area, she decided to venture out and start her own practice, where her family can provide care for yours.

FNP-BC Norma Jean
Norma Jean Richcreek, FNP-BC Norma Jean is board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for promoting health and wellness. Her nursing journey began in 2004 as a registered nurse (RN), and since then, she has accumulated a wealth of experience working in the emergency departments of local facilities, including Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt, and Saint Thomas Rutherford. Norma Jean's educational background demonstrates her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. After earning an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing at Columbia State, she continued her education by completing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Penn State University.
She also holds multiple degrees from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), including a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). Outside of the office, you will find her spending time keeping up with her busy family, volunteering at her children's school, or planning a trip to Disney World.
